Swiss army knife?
Read some thoughts about BodyCombat 31. I still haven't done it, and I'm still waiting for the DVD to arrive. I have the music already, CD was sent to the gym earlier. At least I like the music a lot.

Very intersting to read the review on the new BC#31 with the weird theme: Swiss Army Knife. I must say that the fight-dance effect of Capoeira Jinga is fascinating, especially realizing the Brazilian story behind it. Feel really sorry for you, having to miss out on these stimulating teacher lessons far out in some Nordic place!
