Hi my Chinese friend,

if you mean the music that is used in Les Mills releases -

Les Mills music and choreography is copyrighted. Les Mills will not sell program music to any Instructor who is not licensed to teach the specific program.

As a LesMills instructor don't like you to bring out the tracklist in advance. I like to create the LesMills 'whow-effect', and it doesn't work well if everybody knows what's coming up next.... :( :( :( NO THANKS

I publish the tracklists only when they are available somewhere else on the net - not earlier. I also mention the source. Anyone can go there and check it out (by using Google etc.)- I'm not spoiling any surprises. So if the tracklist is available somewhere, anyone can get it. I don't get any secret information beforehand.

As an BodyCombat instructor I know how you feel - it's unfair that the releases come in different time in different countries, so somewhere people know earlier than others.

One of the tracklist sources, FitPro website, provides Les Mills programmes in the UK. The latest tracklists can be found there. There are several discussion forums also where the tracklists spread very quickly. So there's no stopping to it.

I think nowadays Les Mills keeps the secrets better than before. It is forbidden to publish the tracklists before their permission and I think people respect that wish pretty well - and so do I.
